Restaurant EatMe opened its doors a few months ago and really did a great job in becoming an eye-catcher in the neighborhood.

With big windows and a trendy interior, this restaurant will not go unnoticed.
Entering the restaurant will probably tell you why:
The restaurants has plenty of plants on the wall and a glass floor, which looks onto the chefs, preparing your meal.
The restaurant is quite dark, which gives it an intimate atmosphere.
Perfect to start or end a romantic day or evening with your loved one, but of course also to have a dinner with friends.

The food:
The menu and dishes look inviting and a decision on what to order is not that easy to make.
We ordered the oysters and the asperges (seasonal dish) to start with, and we were surprised by the good taste of these dishes.
Main courses tasted okay, but in comparison with the starters, I expect a bit more.
But to be said: The restaurant only opened a few months ago, so there is enough room for improvement.
And for the prices you pay, this is a good pick.
The wine list is rather small, but the one we picked tasted great with the dishes we ordered.

One of the best things of this restaurant, as I already described above, is the partial glass floor.
While sitting at your table, enjoying a good glass of wine, you can see the chefs, preparing your dishes step by step!

The restaurant is located on a corner, a few blocks from the Nieuwmarkt and the Red Light District and 5 minutes from Central Station.
So, if you are looking for a nice and intimate restaurant in this area, EatMe is definitly worth trying!

Note: 50 mtrs from Restaurant EatMe, you will find Cocktail bar Sake and Co
