Harkema is a big restaurant in a small alley nearby Damsquare. It’s in the so called theatre district of Amsterdam. If you have a theatre night this is one of the good quality restaurants to go to. When you enter there is an area where you can have a drink at a big bar. In my opinion a big plus! With good weather they even have a hidden terrace where you can sit in the sun enjoying your drink. Harkema is doing lunch and dinner. For lunch they have different sandwiches and egg orientated dishes. The kitchen is French orientated with a broad range of top quality choice meat and fish dishes. Harkema is a good alternative for all the low quality food most restaurants serve in the area.
